Processing Times

All Sparkle&Spudz diamond painting kits are print-to-order. This means your kit is produced specifically for you after your payment has been processed.

Payment Processing

Payments may take up to 7 business days to process depending on your payment provider and fraud protection verification systems.

Your order status may show:

  • Unfulfilled → payment is still processing
  • Processing → your order has been sent to production


Production Time

Once payment processing is complete, your order enters production.

Typical Production Time:

7–15 business days

Production times can vary depending on:

  • Manufacturer workload
  • Hand-rendered design preparation
  • Holidays
  • Material availability
  • Large launches or sales events

Please note that these timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Time

After production is completed, your package is shipped directly to you.

Shipping speed may vary based on:

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Important Tracking Information:

  • Tracking may initially appear through ALS tracking
  • We highly recommend using  17TRACK for the most accurate updates
  • Once your package clears customs, a domestic carrier may take over delivery

Domestic carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional postal services

Tracking updates can occasionally take several days to appear while the package is in transit between facilities.


International Shipping

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing

Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Lost packages caused by address mistakes
