Refund & Return Policy

At Sparkle & Spudz, every diamond painting kit is custom printed to order. Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We Do Cover:

  • Missing or incorrect drill colors — Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship replacement drills at no charge.
  • Damaged items — If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a store credit.
  • Lost packages — If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (not just delayed), we'll reship or issue a full refund.

We Do Not Cover:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders placed after the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Customs delays, duties, or packages refused at customs.
  • Minor color variations between screen displays and printed canvas — these are inherent to the print-to-order process.

Welcome to Sparkle & Spudz. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Print-to-Order Production All products are made to order. Production takes 7–15 business days from the date of purchase, not including shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete.
  • We ship worldwide. International transit times vary by destination.
  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timelines are the carrier's responsibility.
  • Sparkle & Spudz is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or packages delayed due to weather or other external factors.

3. International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs.
  • We do not falsify customs declarations or mark orders as gifts to avoid duties.

4. Intellectual Property All designs sold on Sparkle & Spudz are either original works or licensed for sale. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability Sparkle & Spudz's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
