Processing, Production & Shipping Policy

As a print-to-order company, each item is made specifically for you. To help reduce fraudulent activity, all payments must be fully processed and accepted before your order moves forward.

Payments may take up to 2 days to process. This is referred to as a payment hold, a measure implemented by Shopify to safeguard both the consumer and Sparkle & Spudz as the business entity. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order status will move from “Unfulfilled” to “Processing.”

 Your order information will then be sent to our manufacturer to begin production. Production typically takes 7–15 business days, as each canvas is carefully created to order

After production is complete, shipping may take an additional 7–15 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Returns Policy

Because all of our products are print-to-order, we do not accept returns. Each canvas is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

We are proud to support real artists—never AI—and a portion of every purchase goes directly toward artist royalties and sustaining our small business.

That said, we truly care about your experience. If there are any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email or the chat box on our website. We are always happy to work with you and find a solution whenever possible.

If your order is missing drills, we will send replacements free of charge.
